Excalibur® Width Sizing Machine
It's used for sensitively sizing all kinds of natural and artificial stones such as marble, granite, composite, and ceramics.
It provides solutions through different width chassis frames for raw materials of various measurements. Given that the current width of raw material is 650 mm, 1250 mm, or 2100 mm, its physical structure is standardized to these measurements. For raw materials with marginal measurements, the solution is provided by special design chassis frames.
The energy costs of the stone processing industry are minimized through machines equipped with energy-saving engines.
Heads in Excalibur® aren't moved on a shaft as they are in non-professional systems. Movement of heads (right-left) glides on heavy sledges and rollers (linear sledge and roller) with near-zero friction.
Motion of Excalibur's® cutting heads is supplied with servo technology. Mobility and stance abilities are of top-end precision in servo engines. Excalibur®, with servo technology, offers high-class cutting precision to customers.
Sensitive Cutting Technology, Angulation System
Self-angulation is available in Excalibur® width sizing machines. Excalibur® comprehends the stone through electronic sensors and steps in if angulation is needed. The cutting process commences when the stone is in an angulated position.
World Leader in Stainless Material Usage
The width sizing machine Excalibur® has the best resistance to water worldwide. Along with plenty of first-quality stainless materials used in it, the cooling liquid water, which is used in the cutting process, is transferred to the factory’s tailrace through its stainless channels positioned in the machine.
All connectivity equipment, screws, washers, pins, water fittings, pipes, and fittings are selected from inox, bronze, bell metal, and similar materials.
Surfaces in contact with the band are covered with 304-quality demountable stainless steel to protect the machine’s cutting capability. This inhibits corrosion and deformation on the surfaces where the band moves, offering the best cutting quality in the world to the customer.

Excalibur's® electrical and electronic parts are secured and tested in compliance with IP impermeability standards.
In the motor part of the gearmotor used in Excalibur's® band, a Toksel Makine patented extra cooling fan system is available.

Excalibur® users may utilize the facilities of remote monitoring, reporting, and receiving of them, and have the possibility of remote intervention.
With integrated PLC monitor systems placed on Excalibur®, it's open to remote monitoring. It's able to deliver information to clients cross-continental and can share extra information with firm managers about the cause and duration of any shutdowns.
