The automatic volumetric filling machine, engineered for the precise filling of liquid products with varying viscosities, operates with plastic, glass, metal, and other types of packages. The product to be filled is drawn from a storage tank or an integrated balance tank in a volume determined by volumetric filling cylinders, which dispense it through the filling heads into the packages. As the filled packages are transferred to undergo capping operations, they vacate their positions for new empty packages. The number and configuration of the filling heads are tailored to accommodate the package form, product characteristics, and desired capacity. The machine operates with high precision within the tolerance limits typical of volumetric machines, leveraging the volume range of the positioned filling cylinder to deliver outstanding performance.
