Alligator® The Wavy Profiling Machines

Alligator®, the wavy profiling machine, shapes natural and artificial stones up to 160 mm wide with a sawdust collector apparatus.

Alligator® has been produced true to all the crucial standards existing in other Toksel brand products. This includes energy-saving engines, first-class rollers and machine elements, a central liquid oiling system, a rigid and resistant structure, a high density of stainless materials, a water-resistant panel and appropriate first-class electric-electronic materials conforming to IP impermeability standards, a touchscreen, extra cooling fans, and a coupled exclusive system for engine and shaft processing, and more.

Professional Equipment, Futuristic Surfaces

Alligator® perfectly processes waveform surfaces through 4, 5, or 6 heads. An increasing number of heads allows for faster production and higher quality surfaces. Just like various Toksel brand machines, Alligator® offers many features such as self-oiling for wavy profiles, dense stainless material use, remote access and intervention, reporting, remote tracking, and warning and alarm systems.

In addition to including certified materials, materials used in Alligator® are subject to incoming quality control by Toksel's quality management department. Raw materials are processed in preeminent machines, then colored in a high-technology surface plating line. Alligator®, which undergoes various tests and mechanical operations taking place in a 12,000 square meter facility, is ready for immediate use after final quality controls.

You can upload your desired form to Alligator® either after computer design or directly via Alligator’s® touch-operated operator panel.
