Tank Washing Unit
The Automatic Tank Washing Unit is specially designed for efficiently cleaning tanks used in pilot production facilities with hot water. It ensures maximum work efficiency by washing tanks with minimal water consumption and labor. The washing unit features multiple washing heads that can operate independently while being mounted on a shared frame. Its design allows for significant space-saving within the factory and facilitates easy floor cleaning. The washing heads are tailored to accommodate the sizes of tanks used in the facility. With minimal personnel, multiple tanks can be quickly positioned under the washing heads, which are securely positioned inside the tanks in compliance with safety standards (OHS). To standardize the tank washing operation, a PLC-controlled automation panel is mounted on the unit's frame. Based on the data inputted by the facility manager, the washing head descends into the tank, performs the washing operation, and automatically retracts to await the next tank.
Each washing head is equipped with a handheld control box for external intervention, allowing operators to perform up/down and start/stop functions. The unit's frame is made of epoxy-painted carbon steel, while the washing heads are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. To achieve optimal performance in tank cleaning applications, the unit is designed based on the number and dimensions of tanks to be cleaned, taking into account the type and number of washing heads and their respective sizes.
