Splitting Machine
Toksel's Splitting Machines process marble varieties from 100 mm to 340 mm wide, dividing their thickness into two.
Unlike systems where cutting saws are directly connected to the motor shaft—a design Toksel does not recommend—Toksel's machines feature a separate Hive system from the engine and at least two shaft cushioning points.
As with other Toksel machines, the band is made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel. All connection elements used in the machine, such as screws, cap nuts, and rondels, are made from stainless materials.
Toksel Splitting Machines come equipped with an automatic liquid lubrication system and utilize energy-saving motors.
Before painting, the machines undergo a grid sandblasting method to an SA 2.5 surface standard. Following this, they receive:
Zinc-based epoxy primer
At least 3 layers of epoxy-based primer
At least 3 layers of epoxy-based paint
This meticulous process ensures the machines are thoroughly protected from corrosion and maintain their finish.
