Various masses, which are primarily sheeted as slabs, are slit into rope shapes after being ideally cooled. Afterwards, these ropes are carefully spread to avoid sticking to each other.

All movable parts have their own speed control units, and their speed is saved with the recipe. This conveniently creates ideal cutting conditions for every single product. Excessive slab that emerges at the two edges is automatically removed.

Designed for production lines where time is critical, the slitting and spreading unit features an easily cleanable and swiftly synchronized design. This engineering allows for easy switching between a range of products within minimized time periods.
