Alligator® Profile Machine

The Alligator® profile machine shapes natural and artificial stone types like 7.5x7.5, 10x10, 15x15, 20x20, and 30.5x30.5 cm using chip removal apparatus.

Alligator® is manufactured adhering to all the vital standards found in other Toksel brand products. This includes energy-smart motors, first-quality bearings and machine elements, a central fluid lubrication system, a rigid and resistant structure, high stainless material density, a watertight board and high IP sealing standards, first-class electrical-electronic materials, a touch screen, extra cooling fans, and a special system for the motor and machining spindle, among other features.

With 4, 5, or 6 head solutions, the Alligator® perfectly processes the waveform surfaces you envision. Increased head counts allow for high-quality surfaces with rapid production. As with other Toksel machines, Alligator® also offers many features such as automatic lubrication, intensive stainless material handling, remote access and intervention, reporting, remote monitoring, warning, and alarm systems.

Alligator® materials are certified and subject to input quality processes by the Toksel quality unit. Raw materials processed in the industry’s many processing machines are colored on a state-of-the-art surface covering line. Alligator®, undergoing mechanical processes and tests at the installation site within a 12,000 square meter facility, meets its users after the latest quality controls.
