Automatic Surface Pitching Machines

It is the world's most efficient machine for serial production of blasted stone. The appearance surfaces of natural stone, marble, travertine, brick, tile, interlocking stone, and other materials are given a flamed, hammered, or vertically bark-like appearance. Conveyor belt speed can be adjusted from 0 to 3.5 m/min. The processing engine power can reach up to 2.2 kW.

With the machine, the following are supplied:

• Tool sets for four different dimensions the customer will use (as shown in the table),

• Measurement adjustment sliders,

• Measurement adjustment mountings,

• Measurement cutting devices.

Automatic Liquid Lubrication System

Toksel's Automatic Surface Pitching Machine: Cutter head bearings and all working parts are lubricated with automatic lubrication from the central system. In the automatic liquid lubrication system, when the liquid oil falls below a certain level, the machine automatically shuts off and will not operate until the oil chamber is refilled with supplemental oil.

Serial Production With YP-200

At the entrance to and within the Automatic Surface Pitching Machine, adjustable stone pressing systems are available. Stones with surface widths of 5, 7.5, 10, 15, and 20 cm (optional) are produced by the machine for decorative purposes. For the machine to perform mass production, the stone thickness should be at least 1/3 of the surface width (depending on the type of stone, its hardness/softness, and dryness). During the production phase, natural or artificial stones are fed into the machine, and the surface pitching process is completed as they exit. During the pitching process, waste is collected under the machine, and the machine’s integrated wheelbarrow can be easily dropped and cleaned.
