Arcan's Nougat Tempering Machine is used for continuously feeding Arcan's extruders with fluid masses. Moreover, with the help of the scraped surfaces, it not only cools the mass down but also provides the mass with a shapeable consistency.

 

The mass coming out of the machine is homogeneous and at a constant temperature. This factor enables the extruder to have standard production. The capacity of the tempering machines can be adjusted variably.

 

As per your demand, Arcan can also aerate the nougat or praline mass.
