Multiple Mixer Group

The "Chassis-Mounted Multiple Mixer System" is specially designed for pilot production businesses primarily operating between 30L and 300L, aimed at minimizing labor and tank traffic while maximizing work efficiency. Its design ensures optimal space utilization within the factory and facilitates easy floor cleaning. The mixers, mounted on the chassis, are configured based on the production process, tank sizes, and product levels inside the tanks. With minimal personnel, multiple tanks can quickly be positioned under the chassis-mounted mixer and secured in place for safe, compliant mixing operations. For standardized mixing operations involving different formulations but repeated over time, a PLC-controlled automation panel is mounted on the chassis. According to pre-set data, the mixer automatically lowers into the tank, completes the mixing process, and then withdraws, awaiting the next tank. Each mixer is also equipped with a convenient operator control box, allowing for manual up/down movements and start/stop operations. The chassis is made from epoxy-painted carbon steel, while the mixers are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel. To ensure optimal performance, the design of the system—including the number of tanks, their sizes, and product levels—is customized based on the business's process requirements. The mixers are further configured using materials suited to the product being mixed, operational conditions, and industry standards.
