Maintainability, Long-Lasting Systems

The systems working in contact with each other in Alligator® multi-blade sizing are greased with oil coming from the host system. When the oil level is below optimum, Alligator® automatically ceases operation and warns the user with visual, voiced, and illuminated warning systems. Its secret to above-world-standards quality cutting is that it can carry out its periodical maintenance with oil, free from operator intervention. Alligator® provides ease of maintenance, just like when it's brand new, with its components chosen from stainless material, such as screws, distance rings, washers, shear connectors, covers, and water channels.

Sensitive Movement Capability

In Alligator®, the fine back-and-forth, up-and-down movements of the 2-headed, 3-headed, or 4-headed mosaic sizing and cutting heads during drawing operations are controlled from the touch-operated operator panel. In pre-cut cuttings, the saw on the second head following the previous drawing route may be exposed to various corrosions. Alligator® allows for the setting of back-and-forth wear adjustment with a precision of 1/10th of a millimeter, counteracting cutting disadvantages that may arise from wear.

Providing unique performance with first-quality materials, Alligator® offers clients quality production at high speed in the process of marble, travertine, ceramic, glass, and other materials.

As in other Toksel brand products, Alligator’s® steel flooring is also made of 304 quality stainless material.

As opposed to basic systems, the motor shaft is not directly attached to the shaft where cutting saws are set. In this place, there are specially designed and sensitively machined hive systems. This system, which has been used in Toksel brand sizing machines for the first time in the world, provides quality cutting and power economy of up to 35 percent.

As with Excalibur® and Pegasus® polishing and sizing machines, Alligator® requires no foundational costs for machine installation.
