Inline Mixer
Dispersion machines are used for high-performance transfer of liquid and semi-liquid products on the production line, breaking down and reducing particles within the product in a closed system to achieve a homogeneous structure. Inline mixer machines are equipped with rotor and stator systems that rotate at high speeds and work in tandem. The inline mixer is designed with different rotor and stator diameters, capable of being single or multi-stage, and can feature multiple rotor-stator heads in series, depending on the target particle size and required capacity.
In effective process applications, the structure and characteristics of the product allow for high homogenization in emulsions and suspensions. The product is fed into the mixer through varying machine inlet sizes, ranging from DN 32 to DN 100, depending on the size of the machine body. As the product passes through the rotor and stator, it is subjected to crushing, cutting, kneading, and vibration effects before being discharged into a tank through an outlet pipe that varies in diameter from DN 25 to DN 80, again depending on the size of the machine body.
To achieve efficient results in your process applications, the machine configuration is tailored based on the raw materials, additives, pre-processing machines used, and other operational and production factors that contribute to the final product's characteristics.
Closed Circuit (Inline) Operation
This ensures that there is zero product loss and consumption during operation.
Rotor & Stator Passage Count
The number of rotor and stator passages and the arrangement of sequential rotor and stator sets are designed based on the desired particle size from the machine.
Particle Size
The resulting particle size varies between 200 microns and 2 mm, depending on the size of the product's additives and the number of cycles performed in the machine.
Mechanical Seal System
Works seamlessly with a sealing system suitable for the product.
Quick and Easy Cleaning
The areas in contact with the product can be quickly cleaned by passing a cleaning liquid through without removing the machine head.
Wet Environment Operation
The machine operates smoothly in wet conditions.
CE Certification Compliance
The machine is manufactured in accordance with CE certification standards.
Reliable Spare Parts Support
Standardized and quickly procurable spare parts ensure long-term, trouble-free operation with rapid after-sales service (ASS) based on years of experience.
