IBC Mixer
The IBC tank mixer is designed to mix liquid products in standard 1000 L plastic IBC tanks. It is specifically used to eliminate potential phase separation issues that may occur during transport or storage, ensuring the product inside the tank becomes homogeneous in a short period. The mixer's frame is manufactured to be easily mounted onto the external steel cage structure of the IBC tank. The mixer head enters through the Ø150 mm diameter opening located at the top center of the IBC tank to perform the mixing operation. Attached to the shaft are two-part, hinged paddles that open due to centrifugal force during operation. The shape and number of paddles are selected and applied based on the viscosity and characteristics of the product it will handle.
