Homogenizer

These are process machines used to achieve a colloidal structure in liquid and semi-liquid products. The machine features a head with an interlocking rotor and stator system that rotates at high speeds. Depending on the desired particle size, the rotor-stator clearance can be manually adjusted to a very low measurement, such as 0.1 mm, before starting the machine. With correct process applications, it provides excellent homogenization and product structure stability in emulsions and suspensions based on the product's structure and properties. The product is fed into the homogenizer (Colloid Mill) through a DN 80 machine inlet. As the product passes through the rotor and stator at a high peripheral speed, it undergoes crushing, cutting, rubbing, and vibration effects. In the final stage, the product is discharged into a connected tank through a DN 50 outlet pipe with the help of a disk mounted on the rotor that has centrifugal blades.
