Gravimetric Filling Line OF2
The hybrid system industrial filling line is designed to fill drums and IBCs with liquid and semi-liquid products of varying viscosities using a gravimetric system. This line consists of automated pallet transfer conveyors, semi-automatic drum/IBC filling stations, plug removal and capping units, automatic top and side labeling machines, and an automatic stretch wrapping machine. To optimize factory workflow and maximize space efficiency, the line can be configured to operate either left-to-right or right-to-left, ensuring it functions at optimal capacity and performance. All operational parameters within the machine are configured to meet the specific requirements of the products and package, including conveyor systems and operator platforms.
