Gravimetric Drum & IBC Filling Machine / Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic drum/IBC filling machine, equipped with an advanced gravimetric filling system, precisely fills liquid products of varying viscosities. Drums or IBC packages arranged on a pallet are placed onto the filling platform using a forklift or pallet jack. The operator manually aligns the filling head with the filling neck of the packages and initiates the filling process. Depending on the set filling quantity and method (dual-speed / coarse & fine filling), the filling head automatically cuts off the flow after the filling is completed. The operator then aligns the filling head with the filling neck of another empty package designed to prevent dripping during the filling process. The filling operation is completed after the operator fills the packages on the pallet. Filled drums on the pallet are removed from the IBC platform using a forklift or pallet jack, and a pallet loaded with empty drum packages is placed onto the filling platform. The machine is configured to operate with different package sizes.
