Flowmetric Filling Machine / Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic filling machine with a flowmetric system precisely and quickly fills liquid products of varying viscosities. It is designed to fill industrial packages, such as jerrycans, buckets, tin cans, and others ranging from 0.1 to 30 kg, without dripping. Once the operator places an empty package on the filling platform, and upon completion of the filling operation, the operator slides the filled package onto a roller conveyor to move it outside the machine for capping. When a new empty package is placed on the platform, the filling cycle is either manually or automatically initiated, and the next cycle begins. The machine's filling heads, product feeding system, and operational parameters are configured to meet the requirements of the product being processed and the different forms of packages.
