The linear conveyor-based automatic filling line is specifically designed for the precise and standardized filling and capping of products with varying viscosities, using a flowmetric system, with minimal labor involvement. The components of the line include a Wrap Labeling Machine, a Multi-Bowl Package Feeding Machine, a Flowmetric Filling Machine, a Press-On Capping Machine, and a Rotary Package Collection Table. The line is engineered to operate either from left to right or right to left, depending on the factory's workflow, and to maximize space efficiency. It is structured to function without compromising capacity or performance. All operational parameters of the machines composing the line are configured to meet the specific product and package requirements.
