Fat Melting Unit

Designed to melt and store fat blocks.

Equipped by a steam heated grid for melting the fat blocks, by a water jacket for storing the melted fat.

Fat feeding pump is equipped by a geared motor, controlled by the weighing processor, has two feeding speeds for precise dosing/weighing.
