Double Sided Labeling Machine / Automatic

The linear conveyor automatic double-sided labeling machine is designed to automatically apply self-adhesive labels to both sides (double-sided / front & back) of all different forms of packages, including prismatic, angular, oval, or other cross-sectional shapes. The labeling applicators are positioned on both sides of the machine's conveyor and are mounted on easily adjustable applicator stands that require no tools, allowing for adjustments in three axes and angles. As the packages move linearly on the conveyor, they are spaced apart, corrected, and sorted by separators and alignment units based on the package form and the machine's speed, then fed in a sorted and aligned manner to the label dispensing blades of the applicators. The machine efficiently and precisely applies self-adhesive labels to flat or conical packages with different cross-sections, ensuring high quality without air bubbles.
