Cosmetic Powder Mixer
This powder mixer is designed for the rapid and homogeneous blending of colored powders in the cosmetics industry. The raw powders, prepared according to the formula, are poured into the mixing tank. The mixer's tank is equipped with a specially designed paddle and cap, allowing the powder to be mixed very quickly and prepared for filling in a short time. The machine is also equipped with a dust-sealing feature to prevent powder leakage during operation. Once the mixing operation is complete, the tank cap is opened, and the tank is tilted at a 120° angle using a tilting mechanism, allowing the mixed powder to be poured into a tray for settling. The operator control panel of the mixer includes control buttons, a timer for manually setting the mixing duration, and a low-speed setting for gently incorporating glitter powder when needed.
Models of the colored cosmetic powder mixer are configurable based on motor power, the amount of powder to be mixed (capacity), and other specific requirements, ensuring optimal performance for various mixing needs in the cosmetic industry.

Thanks to the AISI 304 stainless steel inner tank, transitioning between colors is made easy and efficient. The mixing paddle can be removed effortlessly by unscrewing just one bolt.
