Caramel Slab Former Machine

Cooling drums provide the opportunity to feed the cooked mass into the hopper without the need for pre-cooling. Both the cooling and forming processes are fulfilled by one machine.

 

Thanks to the line's easy usage principle, you can adjust the nougat and caramel thicknesses and change the ingredients even during production.

 

Because no pressure or force is used on the mass during the forming process, cooling drums do not change the form or specific weight of aerated nougat or pressure-sensitive cereals.

 

Arcan uses its slab bar machine, which has pre-cooling drums, to sheet up to 15mm thick caramel slabs including all preferred flavors.

 

With its simple but effective design, tool-less and easy adjustment feature, switching from one product to another is quite easy.

 

By means of optional calibration drums, you can easily switch to cereal bar production. Apart from that, with the servo option, you can adjust the slab thickness from the touchscreen and insert your thickness parameter in your recipe.

 

If required, you can also use Arcan's slab bar former as an extruder with the addition of a specially designed comb.
