Capping Mahine / Automatic
The automatic capping machine is designed to cap filled packages. The operator pours the caps in bulk, either from a box or bag, into the cap feeding lift. The caps are positioned in the cap feeding unit and delivered to the dispensing head. Using a Pick & Place system, the caps are automatically picked and placed onto the package necks. The machine is equipped with cap feeders and heads compatible with the type and system of capping used (screw, press-on or sealing). It ensures optimal performance for high-capacity operations in industrial packages, minimizing labor. All operational parameters of the machine are configured to meet the specific requirements of the product and packages being processed.
