Capping Machine / Automatic
The automatic capping machine is designed to screw caps on filled packages. In the machine, the operator dumps the caps in bulk into the cap-feeding lift using a box or bag. The caps are positioned in the cap feeding unit and brought to the cap dispensing mouth. They are automatically picked and placed onto the package neck via a Pick-and-Place system, where they are screwed on. The capping machine is equipped with a cap dispenser and cap heads compatible with the type of cap used (Screw / Press-On / Sealing) and its form. It minimizes labor by providing optimal performance for capacitated operations across various package formats. All operational parameters of the machine are configured to meet the specific requirements of the product and package to be processed.
