With the original accessories, ideal production, accurate weight, and shape control of the product are guaranteed. Due to their specially designed frames, Arcan's extruders can approach all conveyors laterally. This makes it possible to situate more than one extruder consecutively.

During production, mass is fed to the hopper with a homogeneous consistency. Special drums take the product in and mold it. The speed of the extruded ropes can be adjusted variably. To obtain an ideal rope on the belt, Arcan's machines have a height adjustment feature.

If your product is sensitive to heat, the head of the extruder is tempered. The hopper, drums, body, and mold of Arcan's extruders are all water-jacketed. According to demand, they can be heated or cooled at various temperatures and separately. This way, special cooling or heating can be practiced according to the product and process, maintaining ideal production.

Arcan's extruders are an ideal addition to Arcan's Slab Bar Lines. They have accurate shape and weight distribution throughout the working width.

Changing the mold is very easy, allowing you to produce various products within a day.

You can use Arcan's extruder as a depositor with Arcan's newly released depositing head addition. This system also controls the movement mechanism of the cooling tunnel.

All of Arcan's extruders are designed in accordance with hygiene rules and for multi-way usages. They are easy to operate, and maintenance can be handled easily.

The UNDD type of extruder is used for extruding double-layered ropes. Its operating principle is similar to the UND. Namely, it is suitable for all mass types which can be produced using the UND.

The machine is equipped with two feeding hoppers. If both hoppers are fed with the same mass, a one-layered product is obtained. It is equipped with two independent geared motors, and each motor’s speed can be variably changed separately. Therefore, it is possible to increase or decrease the thickness of each layer in the finished product. Rope numbers differ in accordance with the rope dimensions and the working width.
