Aerator - S45

Arcan's aerators are fully automatic machines that aren't dependent on operators. After the mixer is activated, the only step is to configure the production amount.

The only thing the operator needs to do is input the desired capacity and product density via the touch screen on the machine. The smart control system calculates the required pump speed and air amount, then transfers the adequate amount of air/mass mixture into the aerating head. Thanks to this smart control system, it's guaranteed to keep the density of the aerated mass stable and homogeneous. To obtain a perfect product density, structure, and capacity, its rotor and pump are controlled by drive units. The machine can run fully automatically or manually, and all its setup is done via the touch screen human interface.

Arcan aerators can work synchronously with Arcan depositors. In this case, the aerator automatically adjusts its own production output in accordance with the depositor's consumption amount. Thus, with the depositor's various velocity stages, there's no need to frequently update the aerator's capacity adjustments. This eliminates human errors and wastage risks.

The frame of the aerator and the aerating head are made of stainless steel. This feature makes for easy cleaning and allows the user to save time.

To obtain maximum cooling or heating, the rotor and stator are designed and manufactured as water-jacketed.

There's a back pressure unit situated at the exit of the aerator, designed for reducing the pressure of the product and transferring the aerated mass to the next unit at the desired pressure.
